Your receipt should be emailed to you by Paypal. It will list all the things you’ve paid for. If you think there’s something wrong, give us a yell.

If you’re coming to the BBQ or Bear Drag meal at Caluzzi and have any dietary restrictions, now is the time to let us know. Click Here to email us and we’ll work something out.

Please note: There are no physical tickets, your name will be added to a door list for each event.

Name tags (and teeshirts if you ordered any) will be available for pickup first at the Waitangi Day BBQ, and at every ticketed event during the week. If you can’t make it to those events we’ll try to have your tickets at whatever event you’re coming to, but it would be nice if you emailed us to let us know.

The Waitangi Day BBQ will be held at Brian and Grant’s place, 22 Mostyn St, Kingsland. We’ll be catering for Bear NZ Week ticket holders only, so please don’t spread the address around.
