Bear New Zealand Week will be following The Covid-19 Protection Framework announced by the Government. You can read more about the framework here: https://covid19.govt.nz/alert-levels-and-updates/covid-19-protection/ 

Attendees of all events in the Bear New Zealand Week 2022 will be required to show proof of vaccination. We’re taking this additional and proactive step to help keep our communities safe.

This will allow Bear New Zealand Week to continue if the Tāmaki Makaurau Auckland region moves to a Red Level, we will be in contact with ticket holders about refunds if an event is unable to happen or if the event is able to happen, but there are capacity restrictions due to physical distancing.

Entry to those events with a limited capacity will be based on the order of purchase. We will be in contact with ticket holders to confirm the list. And organise refunds for those who aren’t able to get in due to the capacity limit.

If you are unable to make any of these events, and would like a refund, please respond to this email with what event you can’t make so we can give the next person “in line” access to the event.

If a refund needs to be made, we have to deduct the processing fee that is charged by our credit card processing platform. The processing fee is 2.9% of the total transaction and $0.30. Don’t be a dick; if you’re not able to make an event, and there is a waitlist, please ask for a refund for your ticket or cancel your registered interest so someone else can take your place.
As we’re requiring all attendees to show proof of vaccination, all events are able to continue under an Orange or Green Level.
